The Funding and Financial Support team at Nottingham provides information and advice on most aspects of student finance to both current and prospective students and administers a range of funding schemes such as bursaries, scholarships and support funds.

If you are struggling financially we may be able to help. The University has several support funds that you may be eligible to apply to, including the Student Hardship Fund.

  • Undergraduates can now apply for funding for 2022/23. Go to gov.uk/studentfinance to log into your student finance account
  • Scams and Fraud are on the increase. Download our information sheet
  • The Student Loans Company are encouraging students who interrupt or withdraw with from their course to contact them, to stop future maintenance loan payments. See the SLC pages for more information.

Warning

There are regular phishing emails which look like they are from the Student Loans Company (SLC) OR the University being sent to students.

Remember the SLC and the University will NEVER email you with a link asking for your login or bank account details. Please do not respond but forward the email to phishing@slc.co.uk or the University's IT Service Desk.
